added undefined dynamic_lookup flag for compilation on macOS (it helps compiling see #28 )
added a bash/zsh script to compile easily on macOS

added the branch feature/fix-windows-build (fixing some UI typos/forgotten definitions) (it was pretty useless to keep another branch waiting for such small fixes)
