Documentation for installation, import, export and reconstruction #8

Add more docs for plantscan3d installation (using Anaconda navigator), import of point clouds and mtg files, export of the mtg and the reconstruction and correction of the topology, and estimation of the geometry.

Note: I also fixed an error occurring in the import of src\openalea\plantscan3d\__version__.py by sphinx from doc\source\conf.py because it wasn't able to find the function pj(), and did not find the value of release (I added the release key in __version__.py). E.g. the last build from sphinx was not working either. Found the issue starting from ff579035dc04212bb27518baa6ca2faebd194380, because in a change of the way to get the version, name and release.

Thanks a lot for this work !! The release tag from version is outdated. I will correct this later.
