Crash when adding or editing list item in applet settings (TreeListWidgets.py)

hello, the Quicklauncher places doesn't seem to be customizable. It crashed if I tried to add or edit entry.

Hi, I can reproduce this on Manjaro but the bug isn't present on Mint 21.3 (cinnamon 6.0.4) and I can't seem reproduce it on the current cinnamon git master. The crash happens in TreeListWidgets.py which is part of Cinnamon package. This leads me to think that it may be something to do with the way cinnamon has been packaged in Arch/Manjaro but I'm not 100% sure.

Since this appears to be a bug in either cinnamon or just in the Arch package, I won't be able to provide a fix until at least the Mint 22 beta.

In the meantime, you could try editing the applet's config file manually in a text editor to add a quicklauncher. The file is a .json file in ~/.config/cinnamon/spices/CinnVIIStarkMenu@NikoKrause/
