a small issue with asm listener

Hello. I have an issure, that I cannot identify and fix. Can you please check?

Attached is log with -a -o option and also result of crsctl stat res -t.

As you can see in crsctl everything is ok, but in rac status script there is an issue.

Actually when you look at crs_stat, it is no good either:

This is plain vanilla 19.3 with no additional patches RURs... Actually there are only two nodes, I do not know why in some sections there is a third row.
