Use volume hardware buttons (and hide touch buttons) in v2.2 and later #36

According to Bug 989198 and the Mozilla wiki, we can use the phone's hardware buttons to change the volume.

This works only in v2.2 and later, so I suggest we find a hack (method) to hide the volume up/volume down buttons in newer versions, but keep them for older phones.

When tackling this bug, it would make sense to also touch issue #6 (providing visual feedback for volume changes)
