Consider including simple shell.appspot.com wrapper script. #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Attempt to use shell.appspot.com outside the browser.
2. Observe you can't.
3. Fail. :)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Please find attached a little script that wraps shell.appspot.com and makes
it feel like a local repl shell. It's kind of a 2 minute hack, but I'm
finding it useful already. Perhaps other would too.
