Blank Slider #4

Demo project in proper work range seek bar but in my android project i have implementation thumbnail not generated and also range seek bar not work.

you set in onCreate method then 1000 milsec postdelay handler in call this code its working.

But right now i have compileSDK 29 then again stop working
