Add Stream Deck + Touch Actions #17

I can see an event enum for the touch actions but there are no methods to handle it. Do you plan on adding those soon?

I'm not able to commit to support, bug fixes, or feature development for any of my hobby projects. If you're able to send a pull request, I try to respond quickly.
