Added support for toggling push to talk #37

Fairly simple edition to allow toggling between Voice Activity and Push To Talk. This was requested in #21, and I also wanted this functionality.

I did not add any new icons, which it probably should have.

Thanks, this looks really good - I should have time to look through it more thoroughly and probably merge in the next few days :)

If you're not able to get to it sooner, I'll probably merge this in the next ~ 2 weeks and fix the stuff I mentioned + add some new artwork
