[GBC] [Core] Mega Man Xtreme 2 (US)

Game: Mega Man Xtreme 2 (US) Console: GBC

Summary: There appear to be inaccuracies in the GBC core that prevent this game from being fully playable (at least on X / Extreme modes).

Troubleshooting Steps:

• Tested with "Run as GBA" turned off and on.
• Played on both original cart and ED X7.
• Tried upgrading from Beta 1.1 to Beta 1.4.

Intro:

• Sigma heads spawned by boss occasionally disappear (unexpectedly).

Neon Tiger:

• Moving platform zips across screen when spawned, or does not appear at all (blocking progress)

Launch Octopus:

• Sea attackers do not always target player (occasionally spawn and disappear)
• Graphical artifacts occur when sea attackers are destroyed (occasionally)
• Gulpfers can cause playable characters to fall through terrain or push character back (instead of sucking them in). Particularly a problem near vortexes
• When first gulpfer spawns, sprites for player and gulpfer are spread out across screen. Destroying gulpfer fixes player sprite
• Graphical artifacts occur when gulpfers are destroyed (occasionally)
• Graphical glitches when battleship is spawned. Player sprites invisible
• The first gulpfer after the first checkpoint after the battleship causes instant death

Volt Catfish:

• Sparks on ground occasionally zip across the screen instead of following the ground.
• Graphical glitches when a large number of enemies are on screen. Player is not visible, sprites of enemies laid out across the screen
• Battons disappear (occasionally)

Flame Mammoth:

• Flames that shoot from the ground cause graphical glitches
• Dig Labor enemies throw pickaxes that boomerang backwards instead of targeting the player
• Hoganmer's flail flies off screen

Berkana:

• Fall through terrain while jumping on first moving platform (occasionally)
• Vertical moving platforms zip across screen, do not appear to spawn, or move as intended (did not get past this section)

Note that the list of issues provided is incomplete. However, I suspect that the list is sufficient in nailing down the bugs in the core.
