In OpenFPGA, if you go to Load Cartridge, and then attempt to exit out, you become stuck with a flashing screen and all buttons become unresponsive except for Power Off. It does not matter whether you try to back out with the "B" button or select "Back" from the menu, the result is the same.
Holding Power for about five seconds will allow you to shut off the device and restart it, working as expected.
