Should these entries exist: Mega EverDrive/BIOS/ColecoVision (USA, Europe).col Mega EverDrive/BIOS/Sega Game Gear (USA) (Majesco).gg

Also, there are multiple versions of the ColecoVision BIOS, so if should be renamed if it should remain.

Also, there is already a directory called 5 Sega CD Bios that contains many of the same files in BIOS
