Issue with building Darksoft Neo Geo set #332

Hello, I tried to build the Darksoft Neo Geo set, using my MAME 0.220 split set. However, only 893/1453 files are created. For example, for Metal Slug (mslug), only m1rom and srom is created, not the others (crom0, fpga, prom, vroma0). I was thinking it would be related to using the split set, but I checked against the merged set, and for mslug the contents are the same: mslug contents What am I missing here?

Some games have exactly the same fpga or crom0 files, I am not sure why, or where to find these files. Maybe @SmokeMonsterPacks can chime in?
