To be more of a stickler to Redump, they use the phrase "Demo", not "Sample".

Thank you for this. Redump changes their cue sheets from time to time, so these changes should be reflected here as well.

The Demo vs. Sample switch also changes the contents of the cue files, which is therefore responsible for the differing hashes:

70ac291473e75481899ee585f00ad35929b0db7a2cf0a1d53a5527290e6d18ab  Keiou Yuugekitai (Japan) (Demo).cue

The same is sometimes true of internationally released ROMs whose filenames may include the list of languages, e.g. (En,Fr,De), which HTGDB omits.

So it's not that the cue files are "bad", they just point to differently named bin/iso/wav files.
