Genesis ROM in Everdrive 64 Pack #65

The Everdrive 64 Pack lists the following:

As far as I can tell this is Genesis homebrew. I was able to find the file on Romhacking and it is listed as Genesis, it has the exact same CRC as specified here.

I've found the ROM: the hash values of the bin file match the ones we have in the Everdrive 64 pack, and the game manual says

designed to use with Sega Genesis/Mega Drive game console, or software emulator of the console.

This is indeed a misplaced ROM.
