Mega Everdrive SMDB:
Remove a couple Spanish 32X translations (can be added to 32X SMDB in the future if necessary).
Eliminate 32X from GSC (there aren't many 32X games where it's worth it, and now GSC should no longer contain entries that are absent from main directories).
Move the following to 32X SMDB:

SRAM & TMSS Patched for X3/NBA Jam - Tournament Edition (World) EverDrive Patched.32x
SRAM & TMSS Patched for X3/NFL Quarterback Club (World) EverDrive Patched.32x
