fix GitHub Actions workflow #1

The workflow currently uses ubuntu-20.04, which does not recognize the -std=c++20 compilation option. That issue should solve automatically when Ubuntu 22.04 LTS will be available.

partially solved in June 2022 (ubuntu-22.04 available as a beta test).
