Clear command does not prompt user before proceeding

When the user types in the clear command, all client data is irreversibly erased.

This is quite dangerous as the user is not prompted on whether they wish to proceed.

While we understand the concern, we think this is unlikely to happen as the user has to go out of their way to type clear to trigger the clear command. This is not a simple button that can be easily misclicked.
