Add support for the ATMega1284P in Sanguino #17

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
This is a formal request to add support for the ATMega1284P in the Sanguino
codebase. I already have the ATMega1284P chip and when my Sanguino board
arrives and I solder it all together and hopefully can help out with the coding.

The ATMega1284P is a revision bump in the ATMega644P family of AVRs.

Thanks,
David Cooper <dave@kupesoft.com>

Any news on this? Is this really an "issue" or is the existing bootloader
compatible. I wasn't exactly sure what the status is following that thread...

Would like others to formally test, but has been working for me since 0023r2.
