Icon Base64 Decoding Bug #96

Base64 decoding fails for some icons (https://th3fr3d.ddns.net and https://www.ebay.com) D_icon is EMPTY! (contains 0x01) --> generating icons seems to FAIL --> Check HelperMethods.GenerateIcons()
