when "jobseekers", if you go to the criteria "company", you should also be able to write down a name of a company you want to find a referrer from.
this way we will track whic company people are looking for and we will find more users workign for those companies.
when you will have add a field to type the name of a company, please go to google analytics and set up this feature : https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1012264
