Quickbuild game messages not implemented #7

Quickbuilds cannot be cancelled. Quickbuilds that don't finish building completely sometimes enter an invalid state.

GMs are implemented, QBs can be cancelled but needs to also terminate build cinematic client side which is not happening atm. For some reason unfinished QBs cannot be built, investigate
