Well not a bug nor a feature request (o;

But....I'm missing some example how communication actually works on the LPB....and from the sources it is hard to tell how easy (or complicated) it is to get simple commands over LPB.

Got a RVP300 from Siemens here which I just want to switch on or off depending on the valves states from floor heating system integrated into Home Assistant.

The official LPB docs from Siemens are just totally useless (o;

Well, that's not the scope of this project, partly because the boundaries of reverse engineering are quite limited, at least here in Germany. And I don't want to overstep Siemens' or anyone else's intellectual property rights which may or may not include the internals of the protocols used (and could be the reason behind the lack of info in their documentation). Having said that, there's plenty of information in the FHEM forum thread as well as in the mikrocontroller.net threads where you can have a look at, if you really want to re-invent the wheel...
