dgpuon doesn't need reboot #11

For me switching to dgpu working without reboot. Ubuntu 14.04 Catalyst 14.06 beta (fglrx 14.20)

Maybe they've finally found a way of making this change effective without reboot, in which case we can modify the script accordingly, and people using old drivers can change it themselves...
