Suggestion: include luadbi #28

Suggestion: include luadbi in addition to or maybe replacing luasql. Include at 
least the drivers from SQLite3 and PostgreSQL.

Reason: luadbi is more comprehensive and allows things such as SQL parameter 
markers.
