Support of europa 2.6

It appears that some changes in europa 2.6 prohibits to use trex with this 
version.
Namely the mode of a timeline is not specified anymore resulting on en error 
while loading an europa reactor model. 

Supposedly we could resolve that by checking that the mode attribute is a 
singleton (instead of checking that it has been specified). But this may be the 
tree that is hiding the forest.

Work on europa 2.6 support (hopefully while keeping backward support with 
europa 2.5) is planned for version 0.3.x
