some additional formulas for ChebyshevT #26

Hi Fredrik,

Just a small exercise I did to get a concrete feeling of FunGrim. I hope the formulas are correct. (I was too lazy to install the right versions of everything necessary to run the tests.) Feel free to merge/adapt/drop depending how they look to you.

Thanks! Everything looks proper. Only the last formula can be tested automatically since there is no evaluation code for integrals and derivatives yet. (Actually, evaluation for ChebyshevT is also missing, but that's easy to add, and the test code does pass if I do so...)
