I no longer have any incentive to keep this repository maintained because:

• PySide2 can be easily installed with Conda
• Portable wheel development by QtC is underway
• The prebuilt Qt binaries and CI dependencies used by this project are failing and the CI build process requires too much maintenance

I'm now archiving this project and I will soon be removing the wheels built and hosted on bintray, so to save users the trouble of downloading old, out of date and non-portable wheels by mistake. If you wish to keep them, go ahead and download them now.

It was a fun project and I learnt a lot about Qt and PySide2 doing this, but it's time to leave the responsibility to distribute properly built and portable PySide2 wheels to QtC and focus any other efforts to the conda-forge project.
