Allow enabling/disabling of media titles/subtitles in listings and home #116

On my mobile screen i like to maximize the use of the space. Media titles and subtitles takes a lot of space. And because the posters already got the title in them i would like the ability to disable them (netflix doesnt show titles or subtitles either)

would be nice to make this a setting. Could add this to the plugin as a setting

This would have to be specified for each section right? Otherwise you end up with this, where episode titles are hidden, which is confusing.

hm yeah Episodes are a one off. would be possible through the config.

Another option is to have the episode number as an overlay if its an episode.
