Update pricebook files #2

After poking around in the repository's history, I found the URL for the JSON files. This PR is to update those JSON files with what Tesla's servers are currently responding with.

Oddly enough, the value that I cared most about -- BT70 -- doesn't appear in the US file, but does in the GB & NO files.

Closes #1.

Yep, the JSON was pulled directly from the Tesla web site. I haven't followed up on the changes so I'm glad you took the time. Thanks!
