The cookie for latlng isn't coming through #17

The cookie either isn't be set or isn't being used correctly (to go from vote 
to explore).

It's probably simple.

Haven't looked yet, but the path is probably being set to /vote or something.

Actually... I can't duplicate.

If you're seeing this still, could you check your cookies in Firefox?  
(localhost,
latlng)  Should have a path of '/', and a content of '37.4219165,-122.0780632' 
or
similar.
