Add support to loading images cross domain on flash platform

Hi,

Due to the security model on flash as it is now we can not load in images cross 
domain, so here is a patch that adds a LoaderContext when loading in images, so 
flash checks for a crossdomain.xml file on remote host. 

I don't have commiter access so nice if someone brings these in when they are 
accepted, will submit a few more flash fixes today! Thanks.
