Purpose of code changes on this branch:
Give all the implementations of Events.Input and its subinterfaces descriptive 
toString methods

I fixed the same-line @Overrides I added in the patch in 
https://github.com/threerings/playn/commit/5ea31039bc41f2381faa896924d09244d2caa
eac. I'll merge that in as well if this is accepted.
