Pea Physis (Android) peas are added inside blocks #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run the pea physics demo
2.Add peas inside blocks

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Peas should not get added. Peas get added and are stuck inside the blocks.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android

Please provide any additional information below.
If there is a block in the space where the peas are going to be added then the 
peas should not be added, only valid place is empty space.

It's just a demo, not a real game. If you want to fix it, go ahead, but 
otherwise we're not super worried that the demo allows for strange "gameplay" 
behavior.
