Is it possible, maybe adding as feature, send SMS Text from brower?
Using the protocol sms:+123456 looks like it open SMS app in Android but is it 
possible to specify the body text?

something like:
sms:+391234566?body=Hello from Android

This is implemented in the Firefox extension with a workaround.

You just have to keep in mind that this won't allow anything beyond what's 
included by default in Android, so you'll still have to type your message and 
press the send button, nobody wants a spammer due to a hole opened by some 
wishful thinking.
