Sends 2 identical links simultaneously?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Restore nandroid backup before installation of chrome to phone.
2.Install Chrome to phone on said phone.
3.Send link from Chrome browser(which still has chrome to phone extension)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Instead of a single link, 
chrome to phone sends two identical links at the same exact time, see two links 
in notification bar on evo 4g.

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.
Fresh Evo 3.2

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?
Yes, using 3g.

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?
Yes

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
yes
