"Send to Phone" in appropriate Right-Click context menus. #215

Should be able to send a link to the phone without opening it in the browser. 
Also appropriate for selecting text. The mouse is already over the text, R-C > 
"Send to Phone" would be more convenient than the toolbar button, and more 
specific on what is sent.

I have the right click context menu for "Chrome to Phone" for any text or link 
selection. I have the choice of either using the right click or the toolbar 
icon.

I noticed the right click context menu with the new Chrome to Phone extension 
2.1. Don't think it was in 2.0. I could have missed it.

Running : Google Chrome 6.0.472.62, Chrome to Phone extension Version 2.1.0, 
Chrome to Phone App 2.1

This does not appear in my context menu in either case. I have tried 
reinstalling the extension, and still no luck.

Google Chrome 7.0.517.8 dev
Chrome to Phone extension 2.1.0
Chrome to Phone App 2.1
