Crashes if notification ringtone is set to silent #254

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Sound -> Notification ringtone to silent.
2. Use chrometophone in browser on any phone number, URL or text string

What is the expected output? chrometophone on phone to work as advertised

What do you see instead? chrometophone on phone crashes, offers dialog to force 
close.

Build No:Froyo.XXJP on Samsung Galaxy S
Using on 3G/HSDPA

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ? Yes

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ? Not used.

Comment: If I select any non-silent ringtone for Sounds -> Notification 
ringtone, then it all works fine again.
