chrometophone Project Home should link to extension and app #263

http://code.google.com/p/chrometophone/ is the first non-ad hit on Google 
search for Chrome To Phone. But once you get there, there's no obvious link for 
*users* as to where to get the extension and the app.

The project home should have a link to the Chrome Extensions page for the app, 
and some sort of link or QR code for the Android app.
