Chrome to phone sending every URL

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into Chrome to phone in Google Chrome
2. Log into Chrome to phone on your Android phone
3. Vist web pages as normal in Google Chrome

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Chrome to Phone button is not being pushed in the browser, but every URL is 
sent to my phone.  Every link I click, page open, etc, are all being sent 
without pushing the Chrome to Phone button.

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?
It is using a mobile network.

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?
Yes

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
N/A
