What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in on desktop
2. Open application on Droid X2
3. Try to connect
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the application to connect from the phones end, instead I get the
error: unable to connect.
What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?
Problem exist over both WiFi and 3G.
Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?
Yes, Gmail works.
Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
Yes
Please provide any additional information below.
This app stopped connecting about a month ago on my Samsung Fascinate. After
recently switching to the Motorola Droid X 2 I tried again, but it's still
unable to connect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop extension
with no change to the problem.
