Lost in getting this to work #429

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click Next to establish the connection between and this phone
2.I click on Next
3.I have WiFi turned off

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see Chrome to Phone connect.  I get this--Error:  Unable to connect.

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?

    Using mobile network.  WiFi turned off.

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?

     yes

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?

     Don't have Talk

Please provide any additional information below.

     When I click on the Chrome to Phone extension in my browser the message "Device not registered for User" appears.  I am signed in to my google account at that time.
