Unable to send content of incognito window to phone #464

>> What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in chrometophone extension (the extension needs to be allowed in 
incognito mode)
2. Open website A in a normal Chrome Window
3. Open website B in an incognito Chrome Window
4. Press the icon in the extension bar to send the page to phone

>> What is the expected output?
URL of website B should be sent to the phone

>> What do you see instead?
URL of website A was sent to the phone.

>> What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (ex. 
FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.

>> Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi, are 
you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?
Same for both Wifi and Mobile network

>> Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting 
'refresh' ?
Yes. Nothing's wrong there.

>> Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
Yes. Nothing's worng there

>> Please provide any additional information below.
It also affected to the "Chrome to phone" menu item in the context menu pop up 
when right clicking highlighted text or images in incognito window. After 
clicking, the URL of last open website in non-incognito (normal) window

 If there are no normal windows open, the content (URL/highlighed text/images) would be sent to phone, which was the expected behavior.
