Proposed fixes for Issue #54 #59

This upgrades to ANTLR 4.7.1. Requires pull request #57 for Issue #56 from which it is branched; it includes the pull request #52 for fixing Issue #51 . It has companion pull request #58 for just the ANT Task Source, which must be applied separately because of the currently missing source code, see Issue #50 .
