Use clap::helpers::Host #37

Attention:

the main thread check in getExtension got lost
the host->_plugin pointer check of the former fromHost method got lost

Mind the other current PRs:

[x] https://github.com/free-audio/clap-helpers/pull/24 + a submodule update is required before this PR can be merged
36 is conflicting with this PR. @abique if you want to merge both just take one of them first and I can solve the conflicts for the other one
