Add fr.json for French translation.

Note that if I add this in I have no way of maintaining it and don't commit to doing so.

Hello ! I had the file reviewed by members of the FR community.

I fixed some typos. It's ok on my side.

Okay, I'll merge it and it will go out in the next release. I will want to fix the bug you raised too but that might take me a while before I get the time to look at it.
