Add the capabilities to display system notifications, we should have a centralized place to check all the previous notifications inside the Overview Control Panel but we could also provide some elegant notification feedback directly inside the concerned panels and by positioning the notifications pop-ups next to their indicator ( Workspace button if not in current workspace or application button)
