Bullets acting weird #116

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the vertical stack test.
2. Launch the bullet using the comma key.
3. Try to drag the bullet around.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The bullet is not responsive when it is interacting with a dynamic body.
