PMS132(B) write support is planned for easypdkprog (see https://github.com/free-pdk/easy-pdk-programmer-software/issues/17), so it might make sense to add these parts here:

PMS132-U06 PMS132B-U06 PMS132-S08 PMS132B-S08 PMS132-S14 PMS132B-S14 PMS132-S16A PMS132B-S16A PMS132-S16B PMS132B-S16B

Three of these (PMS132B-S08, PMS132B-S14, PMS132-S16) are also currently available at LCSC.

Also, the PMS132B is the pdk14 device supported in the free ucsim simulator that comes with SDCC.
