The PMS134 is a largest pdk15 device and the one pdk15 device supported by ucsim. easypdkprog support is currently read-only.
At least the following should be supported:
PMS134-U06 PMS134-S08 PMS134-S14 PMS134-S16A PMS134-S16B
Only the PMS134-S16A is currently available at LCSC.
